Show Me Youth Academy - Lamar, MO
2024 Youth Industry Tour participants at Show Me Youth Academy before the tour. This one-of-a-kind agricultural program takes in high school juniors and seniors from surrounding towns and schools who are interested in learning about animal science and ag business. The academy is a fully functioning ranching and feedlot operation. This is just one example of the educational tour stops.

The 2024 Youth Industry Tour based in Southwest Missouri .
This year's Youth Industry Tour was held in southwest Missouri and featured stops in many rural communities in the southwest Missouri area. Tour stops included Lucas Cattle Company; Buffalo Livestock Market; Hunter Angus; CAT Cattle Company; Worthington Angus; 6/20 Ranch; Humpback Dairy; Joplin Regional Stockyards; and Show Me Youth Academy. Each tour stop provided a look into the agriculture industry in southwest Missouri. Many stops focused on the uniqueness of their operations to the southwest region of the state.
It was a weekend full of informative tours, new experiences, and friendships that will last a lifetime.
